About Jordan

Who Am I?

My name is Jordan Britt; I was born on Feb. 14, 1992, in Indianapolis, IN where I spent my childhood and youth until I came to college at Olivet Nazarene University where I majored in Philosophy and Religion.

I am writing on this blog because I care deeply about intellectual inquiry. I genuinely believe that an introspective, reflective person has the potential to live a higher quality of life. I am writing to express my thoughts and feelings on my perception of religion, particularly Christian theism, and with any other issue that comes to the forefront of my mind.

My posts on this blog represent solely that: my thoughts. I am by no means an expert, nor am I formally trained beyond an undergraduate education; instead, this is a way for me to organize and express my thoughts in a healthy way and hopefully challenge someone so that they may develop as a thinker, and a human being.

Fun Facts:

I love Purdue University Sports. I love the sport of basketball. I am deeply influenced by the works of St. Thomas Aquinas, Reinhold/H. Richard Niebuhr, and Kevin Twain Lowery (one of my professors at Olivet).
